NOTE: to use those Hierarchial poses correctly (first, parent your Character to the (Base) bone of the motorcycle,, then apply the pose to the character or to the moto -this or that no problem-)
If you want to pose the whole motorcycle (not just a piece of it), so, select its Root then translate it or rotate it as you like.
